& I help women paint their crafts into the skies.
I’m a Writer, Teacher, Artist and proud Mumma of two.
Forever guided by ‘following a feeling’, I walk my talk — showing up with vulnerability, love, cheek and a realness that is more infectious than my squinty-eyed smile ;)
Combining my wealth of knowledge gained through studies in Psychology, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Reiki, and Yoga, I weave this abundance of wisdom with my inner wisdom of being an Artist and a Mother, to inspire women in coming home to themselves.
My cup of almond chai is more about being swept away by the simplest pleasures every day, and less about grinding until the next holiday.
I believe that unashamedly following our Truth is not a luxury, it is a necessity, and this is instilled in everything I teach.

I grew up on the Mornington Peninsula, VIC and currently reside in “our slice of unpretentious heaven” — Frankston, with my university sweetheart Matt & our rascals Sophie & Beau.
