CLIENT MENTORING PATHWAY & CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT
Upon joining BRANDED I agree to following terms of entering this 5 month Branding & Mentoring Pathway with Amanda Crafter:
Customised agreed package inclusive of:
- A 5 month creative business mastermind
- 2 live mastermind calls every month with embodiment & hot seat mentoring
- 3 telegram days a week with Amanda (Tues, Wed, Fri)
PLUS: Bespoke in person studio day to capture your next level identity & leave with six months of photo & video content ready to go (inclusive of hair & make up, professional photography & boutique studio).
Sacred circle agreements:
1. Confidentiality
Anything that is discussed in the circle (studio days/telegram/calls) does not leave the circle.
2. Direct Communication
We agree to communicate any personal issues directly to the individual.
ie. Acceptable statements: “I had a difficult time when I heard ___ say this ___”
Unacceptable statements: “I can’t believe ___ said this __ because I know she feels the opposite” 3. Use “I” or “We” statements
If you are using “You” statements, you may be interrupted by Amanda to request the use of “I/we” statements. We do not project the experiences of others as this creates drama and confusion energetic.
4. Gossip
Gossip is not tolerated within Amanda Crafter’s community ie. revealing personal information about someone that has not been disclosed to the entire group. All communication should be expressed within the entire group (unless you have a personal concern that you need to email Amanda about privately).
Breaking agreement 1, 2 or 4 will result in a private conversations in a loving container - if an agreement cannot be reached the person will be dismissed from the space.
These agreements are for the safety, trust & transformational power of our community.
All Amanda Crafter’s products & courses & programs are non-refundable.
In the instance of birth & death, a refund will be considered (please make the request via email).
For payment plans Amanda always expects payment on time. If you are unable to make payment Amanda expects to be notified ahead of time so that an arrangement can be made.
Non-payment will result is dismissal from the experience.
The Agreement terms & guidelines:
The BRANDED experience will provide you with an opportunity to explore your thoughts and feelings to assist your subconscious, nervous system, energetic, creative and business evolution. We meet whatever arises for the group whether energy work, collective healing or intuitive personal/business guidance. My role as your facilitator is to support through this process without judgment. As well as facilitating the energetic process, I will offer information or offer suggestions to assist in your integration post calls. Call recordings and supportive tools will all be kept in our online portal.
This journey involves your commitment, honesty and a desire to change. On my part, I pledge hand on heart true helping intent and will offer commitment, honesty and respect throughout the partnership and within session facilitation, alongside my scope of branding, mentoring and energy healing skills.
Our work together will remain strictly confidential, where anything discussed throughout the partnership and sisterhood will not be discussed outside of our sessions/telegram group.
The client agrees to honuor and protect Amanda Crafter’s intellectual property, never disclose or communicate information about Amanda Crafter’s materials, fees or methods to any third parties. The client agrees to not give content provided to any third party.
Even though this is a group call, I will ask for your attendance as much as is possible for you, mark it in your diary as a very important commitment to yourself, your business & your happiness. You will see the best results through attending the calls live with your presence and openness.
Please note I will respond to any emails within 3 business days, Monday - Friday AEST.
I may at times keep brief notes which you are welcome to see at any time. These records are maintained confidentially. I also will add support resources to our online portal at adhoc intervals when I feel something would really support.

The clients agrees to:
Take full responsibility for his/her choices and decisions during mentoring period.
If under a payment schedule, have funds available in their account for payment processing at least (1 day) before the scheduled charge date. Ensure any updated contact info / payment info etc are advised. Complete the payment schedule for mentoring until the balance is zero if you are on a payment plan structure.
Please note you are entering into an agreement where this program is non-refundable unless discussed and agreed to. Signing this agreement binds you to the agreement of completing the payment schedule. If this agreement isn’t met your contract details may be forwarded to a debt collection agency.
Privacy Statement: In accordance with the Privacy Act, all information relative to your case and discussed is held in total confidence unless otherwise required by law.
I declare that the information I have provided on this form is to the best of my knowledge, true and correct and that I have not intentionally withheld any information relevant to treatment.
I agree to the above terms and conditions and by continuing this process I hereby consent to Coaching + Mentoring with Amanda Crafter. I understand that Amanda Crafter is not a medical doctor and I am not being given medical advice/treatment.
BRANDED Terms & Conditions
BY CLICKING “I AGREE,” ENTERING YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION, OR OTHERWISE ENROLLING, ELECTRONICALLY, VERBALLY, OR OTHERWISE, IN THE COURSE, YOU (“CLIENT”) ARE ENTERING INTO A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT WITH AMANDA CRAFTER, ACCORDING TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
REFUNDS: SO THAT THE CLIENT IS FULLY INVESTED IN THE EXPERIENCE, UPON EXECUTION OF THIS AGREEMENT, THE CLIENT SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FULL EXTENT OF THE FEE. IF A CLIENT CANCELS ATTENDANCE TO THE EXPERIENCE FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER, THE CLIENT WILL RECEIVE NO REFUND AND IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING OUT THE REMAINDER OF THE COACHING PROGRAM REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THEY FINISH THE PROGRAM OR NOT.
*If for any reason Amanda is unable to travel to LA for the international photoshoot, you will receive $1,500 off the cost of the program (cost of program when you joined of course).
