Dear Mama -
During my first pregnancy I maintained my yoga practice regularly and alongside regular chiro I credit it to feeling incredible in my body throughout….truly I wasn’t uncomfortable at alluntil about 41 weeks! In my second pregnancy I let my practice go and found various niggles popping up through my second trimester. One afternoon during my third trimester I rolled out my mat & put on a 25 minute guided yoga practice. Being a Yoga Teacher I was able to tweak the practice to suit my beautiful pregnant body. I could not believe the difference in my energy afterwards!!! And after doing this a few times in a week, many of my niggles had disappeared and I was feeling so much more comfortable and relaxed in my pregnancy again.
Which is when my partner piped up and said, “why don’t you record some pregnancy yoga videos?!” And well…here we are! I know myself I really enjoy being guided through a practice, especially during pregnancy it feels nice to be held in that way! I have intuitively created this bespoke experience for you based on my embodied experience of two pregnancies plus over fifteen years practising and teaching yoga.

+ DO I HAVE TO HAVE A YOGA BOLSTER TO PRACTICE?
No, you can easily make do with a chunky pillow. You don’t even need a yoga mat! You could practice on carpet or from your bed :)
+ I'M PREGNANT, IS THIS SUITABLE FOR ME?
Yes, it was made for you! And there are two other Yoga journeys - Sensual Yoga & The Restorative Yoga Series that are perfect for you too, just listen for the cues throughout for anything you need to adjust.
+ WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PURCHASE PREGNANCY YOGA?
