We have been conditioned to believe that our sensual and sexual self is taboo and to be kept in the bedroom only.
But the very essence of life is sex. we are here because of sex. Sex is love. Sex is life force. We have the potential to experience a life that is infinitely pleasurable and infinitely sensual. This sacred journey will help increase your sensitivity to pleasure. It will increase your sensuality and sexuality in the bedroom but also in your experience of every day life.
Every moment is dripping with pleasure, yearning for your attention, aching for your breath and gagging for your exhale.
Each transmission was recorded during sundown and is sealed with the glow of golden hour magic. Using breath, sound and movement the gorgeous Sensual Yoga series will skyrocket your innate sensual self.
Sensual Yoga includes 6 x 30 min practices, for you to enjoy again and again. Each practice has been intuitively designed with practices, poses, breathwork, movement, touch and sound to enliven your sacred sensual self.
There is also a Sensual Yoga playlist waiting for you, intuitively designed for you to play in the background to make your practice even more delicious, if that is even possible (trust me!)

+ DO I NEED TO HAVE PRIOR YOGA EXPERIENCE?
If you are a beginner to yoga, I would recommend starting with The Restorative Yoga Series and then moving in to Sensual Yoga after that :)
+ DO I HAVE TO HAVE A YOGA BOLSTER TO PRACTICE?
No, you can easily make do with two pillows. I recommend at least 2 pillows OR a bolster & a pillow for each class. You don’t even need a yoga mat! You could practice on carpet or from your bed :)
+ I'M PREGNANT, IS THIS SUITABLE FOR ME?
Yes! In fact this is perfect for you! I have given alternative poses wherever necessary for you, so just listen for the cue, you pregnant goddess. Sensual Yoga is an oxytocin feast, which will help you feel so loved up and nurtured during pregnancy, as well as giving you breathwork, touch, movement and sound tools that will be really helpful through your labour :)

+ HOW DO I WORK THROUGH SENSUAL YOGA?
This is a self-paced JOURNEY so all the videos are pre-recorded, ready for you to practice whenever suits you! Please watch the "Welcome to Sensual Yoga" video before you get started. The first time you do Sensual Yoga I recommend practising in order as we deepen with each class. After that as you are practising again and again go wherever you feel called!
+ I'M NOT FEELING VERY SENSUAL OR SEXUAL LATELY, SHOULD I STILL DIVE IN?
Yessss absolutely! What we focus on expands, as you give more attention to your sensual self she will come more alive. This is the perfect place to reconnect with her.
